Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you order a €1 Sample Bundle through lote.life. The below terms and conditions (“the Conditions”), the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms of Use apply to your use of lote.life and to any purchases you make through lote.life.
In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions of Sale and these Conditions, the latter shall prevail. These Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms of Use apply between you and IQDriven Limited (“IQDriven”, “Loté”, “lote.life“, “Loté Life”, “we” or “us”), whose registered office is at C2-502, 5th Floor, Block C, La Croisette, Grand Baie, 30517, Mauritius. Please address any complaints, queries or correspondence regarding these Conditions or lote.life, to the contacts as listed on our contact us page.
How to purchase a sample bundle
- Select the €1 Sample Bundle of your choice from the sample range or click here.
- Each Sample Bundle consists of:
50ml Shower gel
50ml Nourishing shampoo
50ml Body Scrub
50ml Body butter - Once selected, the bundle will be added to your cart.
- Simply checkout and pay as you would normally. It’s that simple,
How the sample bundles work
Please also consult the standard subscription FAQ’s for further information.
- Once your Sample Bundle has been ordered and paid for successfully, your Sample Bundle will be dispatched on the last Monday of every month.
- If you are happy with your purchase, simply wait for the next month and the full Curated Bundle of your Sample Bundle will be delivered to you the following month and billed at the current price of the Curated Bundle. There is nothing more for you to do.
- We will email you prior to this to give you sufficient time to cancel your subscription.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, simply email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription immediately.
- You can also cancel your subscription in your online account.
Restrictions
Regrettably, we only allow any two sample bundles to be delivered to the same address within a 12 month period, unless the purchase of the sample bundle results in a full subscription to a curated bundle for a period of 6 months.
