Setting up a subscription is the most convenient way for you to get your favorite products delivered to you automatically and absolutely free. You can make changes online whenever you need.

How do I set up a subscription and what happens after?
Signing up for a subscription bundle is easy; just add one of our curated bundles to your cart or choose your own products and make up your own bundle. It’s that simple!
You will require a Loté account to set up and manage your subscription which will be created on check out.
After you set up a subscription, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email will include a link to access ‘My Account’ where you can manage your active subscriptions, and subscription order account information.
We will place your subscription orders automatically on the last Monday of every month, and you will receive an email in advance of your order being processed. This will allow you to cancel on change your subscription before your products are shipped.
You will also receive emails about other information related to your Subscription Order account, such as if your item is no longer being sold or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successful
How can I amend my subscription order or skip a delivery?
- Log in to your Account and click on ‘My Subscriptions’.
- Select the subscription order that you would like to amend.
- You can then edit the subscription quantity, remove products, cancel your subscription and update your payment and billing details.
- You will only be able to adjust quantities and remove products on bundles you have created yourself. Curated bundles cannot be changed.
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once a subscription has been created. To change this, you will have to cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one.
How can I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your Account and click on ‘My Subscriptions’.
- Click on the subscription order that you would like to cancel.
- Under subscription details, select ‘Cancel subscription’.
Once cancelled, you will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. Your cancellation will take effect immediately. Please be aware that you may already have an order in process, and cancellation will only effect unprocessed orders.
Can I return products ordered as part of a subscription?
Yes, our online returns policy applies to all subscription orders.
Can I change the frequency of my subscribed products?
No, unfortunately at present you cannot amend the frequency for a subscription order. However, we are looking into this. All subscription orders are placed automatically on the last Monday of every month. You will receive an email in advance of your order being processed.
Can I change the delivery address of my subscription?
Delivery/shipping address cannot be changed once a subscription has been created. To change this, you will have to cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one.
What happens if one or more products from my subscription are out of stock?
When your subscription is due, if one or more product is out of stock, we will contact you via email. We will suggest a possible replacement product for you to try. If this is not suitable to you, we will send out your other products and issue you a full credit for the item that is not in stock.
Rest assured, we hardly ever, ever, ever run out of stock!
Can I set up a subscription without creating an account?
No, you require a Loté Life account to use our Subscription service. Your account will be used to help you manage details related to your subscription. You can easily set up an account from the registration page or on checkout.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and my order has been dispatched. What can I do?
We are unable to cancel a subscription order after it has been dispatched. However, you can choose to return the products in your order as per our Online Return Policy.
Why was my subscription cancelled?
If your upcoming subscription order contains one or more products that have been discontinued, then we will cancel your subscription and let you know. You can set up a new subscription with other available products.
Will I be notified before my subscription order is dispatched?
Every time your subscription is due, we will send an email in advance of your order being processed.
If you need to make changes to your upcoming subscription prior to dispatch, you can manage this by logging into your Loté Life account and selecting ‘My Subscriptions’. This must be done before the next due date for the order.
